This 3 bedroomed house comes fully furnished and air-conditioned in the coastal town of Seaford in South Australia.

A large shopping centre, numerous schools for all ages, doctors, library,churches and a large variety of food outlets are within walking distance. Some of the best South Australian beaches (Moana, Port Noarlunga) are less than 1 mile away and the Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu Peninsula are a within easy reach.

Seaford is well serviced by frequent buses and the train station at nearby Noarlunga as well as the Southern Express Way offers fast and convenient ways to commute to the city of Adelaide.

The house offers the following:

Seaford, South Australia

Seaford is one of the Southern suburbs of Adelaide along some of the best beaches in South Australia yet within easy commuting distance to Adelaide CBD via the Southern Express Way, buses and trains (from Noarlunga Station).

Seaford currently has a population of 3,800 of which around 18% are migrants from the UK as it's becoming a more sought after location for immigrants from the UK.

Seaford offers a host of amenities:
