Seaford is one of the Southern suburbs of Adelaide along some of the best beaches in South Australia yet within easy commuting distance to Adelaide CBD via the Southern Express Way, buses and trains (from Noarlunga Station).

Seaford currently has a population of 3,800 of which around 18% are migrants from the UK as it's becoming a more sought after location for immigrants from the UK.

Seaford also offers easy access to the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, Victor Harbor and Hahndorf.
